Celebrate Mother’s Day weekend at Jenstar Movement Studio with a nourishing half-day retreat designed for connection, creativity, and renewal. Enjoy a nature-inspired somatic movement session, an artistic self-expression project, and restorative yoga w/ yoga nidra for deep rest. We’ll open and close in circle, creating space to reflect and share with other women. Give yourself—or a special woman in your life—the gift of time to reset and recharge.
