I saw them in the closet and thought, “Let me give them a try as casual pants with a t-shirt.” BOOM. Perfection. They were never meant to be part of my “work wardrobe” – they were always supposed to be casual for me.

Then, when she was 6, she started getting invited to swim and water outings – a friend’s birthday party, a Girl Scouts outing, etc. I knew I had to get over myself and purchase (and wear) a swimsuit. I had avoided it for years – I was no longer a slim size 2, and combining that with my dislike of water activities, I could literally think of almost anything else I would rather do.

I know what you’re going to say because I’ve said the same things myself. While there are endless reasons to talk yourself out of doing a boudoir session, I’m here to share some reasons why I personally found it to be worth it.
